Born in Dublin, Ireland, 4th generation Irish Jewish (yes, we do exist!), I had an idyllic childhood walking the Dublin mountains, exploring the wexford coast and immersed in the Dublin Jewish Community. I was brought up in a traditional jewish atmosphere with a strong Irish flavour. The family was the centre of all activity, meals, holidays and of course Shabbat. Grandma Bloom’s sweet jar and fruit trees in her garden, Grandma Blogh’s scones and jam biscuits and my mother’s apple pie. Dad’s spagetti sauce and ‘daddy sundaes’ (only ever on Sunday!).
I moved to Israel at 18, studying there Film & Television and English Literature. Travelled for a few years, including working on cruise ships, racehorse stables and Irish bartending, and then returned to Israel to work and do an MBA.
After years of working in Corporate and Government environments, I have re-found myself as Storyteller and Life/Business Coach. I realised I have been telling stories all my life, and Coaching is the perfect place for me to do just that.
My passion is telling stories to adults, most of whom have forgotten the last time they heard a really good story, but can’t get enough of them! I find Coaching to be an enormously positive and empowering force in my life and the life of my clients. It really works!
I have 4 amazing sons (Sean, Oisin, Kai and Ely) and Ilan my wonderful partner. They are my life!
Welcome to my blog!
How can you help me come up with a powerful story ……………….
I’d love to Joseph – email me and check out my site. That’ exactly what I do!!!

Hi Lisa, reading your story is already so fulfilling and intriguing. Would love to see and listen to you telling a story.
Once I have done a brilliant workshop with the Performance group Forced Entertainment in the UK about their show “The Stories” and absolutely loved it. Do you know them?
Hope to see you some day!
Aline
